The season opens with the long-awaited appearance of one of Richard Lee’s conducting mentors, Yoav Talmi. The program explores different facets of French orchestral music, including Maurice Ravel’s jazzy, colorful Piano Concerto in G major, featuring Daria Rabotkina. Rounding out the concert are the elegant Danse of Debussy and the powerful Symphonie fantastique by Berlioz.
